
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 brown banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2-3 tbps coconut syrup (you can use maple instead)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax
- 1 piece dark chocolate
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 350F. Add wet ingredients to a bowl + dry ingredients. Mix everything together
- Place in ramekins or muffin tins (or double the recipe and add to a baking dish)
- Add chocolate piece right in the middle
- Bake for around 20 minutes
